ASX Junior

The ASX junior is suitable for the prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers up to grade IV according to EPUAP.

The ASX Junior is a pediatric mattress replacement system which combines the benefits of high specification air cell technology and sensor-controlled pumps. It is suitable for the prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers up to and including grade IV (according to EPUAP) and has been specifically designed for patients up to 130 cm in height and 80 kg in weight who are considered to have a very high risk of developing pressure ulcers.

In addition to the constant low therapy mode, it also offers a dynamic alternating therapy mode. This unique system provides a high degree of patient comfort and support. The control unit of the ASX junior features digital pressure sensor technology thus ensuring a silent operation and a long product life. The compressors automatically switch off when the pre-set system pressure is reached and only re-activate when a cycle change occurs or to adjust the system pressure.
